ClayBag.com is an online fair price store for all customized business essentials. We specialize in corporate brand merchandise and corporate gifting. We realize that startups and small businesses have a challenge in ordering small quantities of customized products. ClayBag is an answer to that. We give the most competitive prices even for small quantities and make the entire experience hassle-free.

ORDERS

I have placed my order. What next?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation mail with your order details. PLz check for any discrepancies and inform us immediately. You can reply to the same mail with any queries you may have and we will revert to you asap.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into production and customization to ensure quick deliveries. In case the product is not printed or customized as per your instructions, we can accommodate your request.

How do I check Order Status?

Typically, our designer will get in touch with you as soon as your order is received and discuss your design on the product. Once it is done, we will give you an estimate of the time for dispatch. As soon as the goods are dispatched you will get a mail with the tracking information. Its as simple as that.

What if I have product quality problem?

We are committed to giving you the best quality product while keeping the prices competitive. In case of any defect in the product or quality-related issues please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assist you to ensure your concern is addressed satisfactorily.
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, kindly share the images and product details immediately (within 24 hours), to help us identify the issue and provide you with a solution. We will do everything to keep you happy.

Are taxes applicable on the orders?

ClayBag is essential a B2B portal with option to buy in small quantities at reasonable prices. So we provide the option for customers to enter their GST No. at the time of placing orders to get a GST invoice. All our prices mentioned on the online store are all Inclusive. So you will have nothing extra to pay besides what is displayed against each product.

Can I order with Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

We do not have Cash On Delivery option as all our products are customized with your logo or your design. We only have a prepaid option for payment. The pricing we offer is very competitive and makes it unviable to offer COD which will significantly increase the cost of the product.

Do I have to sign up?

No. We offer a guest checkout option where you will not need to create an account. However, creating an account comes with a host of benefits on an ongoing basis.

What benefits do I get for creating an account?

While we understand this will add to your already long list of usernames and passwords to remember, we offer a host of benefits through our loyalty program, for creating an account with ClayBag. Some of them are listed below.

  • Earn 50 points for sign up with claybag.
  • Earn 25 points for each successful referral.
  • Earn 2 points on every purchase of Rs. 100 and multiples thereof.

We will be adding more new points programs on an ongoing basis.

How do I redeem my points?

Each time you cross 100 points you can request for a gift voucher of the same value and redeem it in your next purchase. This is an ongoing purchase. Going forward we plan to offer a lot of value adds and options to make every purchase valuable for money.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No. You can refer as many people as you want. You will earn 25 points on every successful referral. A successful referral is when your referred contact does a transaction on claybag.com

What else can I do with my account?

  • You can also reorder from your previous orders.
  • Add products to the wishlist so that you can come back and buy one product at a time.

Shipping & Delivery

Is it really FREE SHIPPING store wide?

Yes it is. We understand that last-minute surprises in your pricing are an irritant and very misleading. So we have done away with that. We work with our shipping partners to give you the most competitive prices in shipping and include it in the product pricing.
Some of our products may be slightly higher in price because what we offer is an all-inclusive price. No surprises whatsoever. Don’t you like it this way? It’s hassle-free and stress-free too.
On Claybag.com all products are shipped free across India with an all incl. prices.

How long does it take for delivery?

We have tied up with multiple logistics partners to ensure the fastest delivery in the best price across India. Usually most shipments reach all part of India within 2 to 5 days. All shipments are dispatched from Bangalore.

Do you really offer free shipping on everything?

Yes we do. WE don’t anything that we don’t like ourselves in most other online stores. So when you check out you don’t see any additional costs. What you see is what you pay. All products come with FREE shipping across India.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a communication with your product shipment details and the courier contact details. You can track the shipment. In case you do not receive the goods in the stipulated time, please reach out to us for assistance.

What is the product is damaged when it reaches me?

If the package is broken or damaged, please take a picture of the same and share it with us immediately. We will have a replacement sent to you as quickly as we can.

Orders

What happens when I place the order?

Once you place the order, we check for the artwork file to see if everything is in order and we will contact you in case we need any further details. If everything in the information is clear we just proceed with the work and ensure quick delivery for your order.

I have placed my order but it has multiple designs to include? Can it be done?

Yes it can be done. Plz note that customisation is a tricky job and doesn’t have the same formula for every product. If you want to do a little more than what’s offered in the store front, do not hesitate to reach out to us. For a marginal difference in price we can accommodate your request. This additional increase in price can be paid offline.

I am Unhappy with the product. What can I do?

It is very unlikely that you will ever face this situation. But in the rare occasion that you do feel disappointed, we assure you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Tell us where we fell short and we will try to address the issue. If it still doesn’t work for you, simply send the product back to us and we will refund your money. Please ensure the product is not used. Our quality team will check the goods returned and within 7 days of receiving the goods, you will get a full refund of the payment.

Cancelling Orders

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Yes. You can but only if we haven’t started work on the customisation. PLz call or drop us a line with your order details to cancel it. We will check with our backend team to see the status of the order and confirm the possibility. Once the customisation work starts, we wont be able to cancel the order since the product will be of no use to us.

What is the procedure for cancelling?

Any order that’s already in customization cannot be canceled. But in case we are able to cancel it, you will need to send us an email along with your original order confirmation email and mention the reason why you intend to cancel it. Our backend team will process the same and confirm you regarding the refund.

In case where the cost of customisation is high, we have a slightly higher Minimum Order Quantity to ensure you get the best Value for Money.

Some of your products are unbelievably low priced. Is it genuine?

At ClayBag we aim to work with StartUps and Small Businesses to help them benefit from our collective buying. We pass on the maximum benefit to our customers. All the products come with 100% quality assurance and free customisation services. In some cases the prices may be really low but that because we have built economies of scale to be able to offer the products at these low prices. Its all of you, who make this possible.

I want to know how big my design or print can be on the product.

IN most cases we mention the branding space available. However in case we missed it, you can reach us through the chat option and get clarity on your queries. We will be happy to assist you.

Are your products assured for quality?

All our products come with assured quality. IN case of any defect in the product, we will have them replaced at our cost. We do not sell substandard products. We believe all our products will be used for you to build your brand. Keeping that in mind we do not compromise on quality. You will always receive a good quality product for the price you pay.

I ordered a wrong size for my customised apparel, can you help?

We have a clear size chart for all size based products. Since it is a customised product, we cant replace it as we wont be able to use it elsewhere. We strongly recommend you use the size guide for the apparel. For any further queries plz reach us through the chat option or through a call and we will assist you with your queries.

Designing My Product

Why don’t you have a customisation tool on your website like the others?

Like we said we focus on small businesses and startups and we believe time is precious. You can simply upload the artwork for the product and we will touch up the design to get the best results out. While we do what know best, you can focus on your business instead of spending precious time designing them yourself. Alternately if you have your inhouse designer, you can use the product specifications to see the space available for branding and create the design accordingly and send it to us. Either ways we believe your time is precious and you can use it in better ways.

Can you help us with design services?

We have a team of graphic designers who can help you with correcting the artwork given to make it print friendly. However we do not provide any creative design services at this point in time.

What file formats are acceptable?

At the time of uploading the image file you will get options to see the files accepted for your artwork. Usually we can work on JPEG, PNG, CDR, AI or PSD file formats.

I am a new startup and want my logo to be designed. Can you help?

At this point in time we do not provide creative designing assistance. However we may have forums created for you to reach the right designers and take their assistance for your design jobs.
