Can I order just one sample before placing a larger order?

For select products, yes. Sample availability depends on the product type and customization involved. If you'd like to check quality before placing a larger order, reach out to our team and we'll guide you on available options. The samples will be shipped on a paid basis.

Can I add my logo or custom branding to every product?

Yes. ClayBag is all about supporting small business, new businesses & SMEs to build their brand. Every product can be customized with your logo, artwork, brand colours, names, or event-specific branding. Our team also reviews your files before production to ensure the final result looks premium and print-ready.

I don't have print-ready artwork. Can ClayBag help?

Absolutely. If your logo needs vectorization, resizing, or adjustments for printing or embroidery, our design team can help prepare everything before production begins.

How long will my order take?

Varies from product to product. We have a host of products that can be shipped within 24 hours. And if you are based in Bangalore we can even deliver in less than 24 hours. But the timeline varies based on the product and the quantity. For every product the estimated timeline is mentioned in the details. Delivery across India generally takes an additional 2 to 5 business days.

Will I see a preview before my order goes into production?

Yes. For customized orders, we share a digital artwork proof for approval before production starts. We only proceed once you confirm the design.
