At Claybag.com we try to provide a simple and hassle-free experience. We make it easy for customers to understand our pricing. Keep this in mind, our pricing is all inclusive with free shipping for all orders above Rs. 149.

Shipping Process:

• All products on ClayBag.com come with customisation as per the client’s design or logo or both.
• The usual dispatch time for all orders on ClayBag.com varies from 1 day to 7 days based on the level of customisation.
• All prices listed for each product include shipping cost and therefore there is no shipping fee applicable for any order above Rs. 149
• For orders upto Rs. 149 in value, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 applicable.
• com uses reliable and reputed courier services to ensure timely delivery of the orders to the customers across India.
• The customers are informed of the estimated dispatch date at the time of placing the order.
• Any damage to the shipment or loss of shipment is covered under our Refund Policy.
• The tracking number for the shipment is automatically mailed to the customer as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
• All our orders are door delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• In case of non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery, 2 additional attempts are made after which the shipment is returned to us.
• All products are packed to ensure zero damage during transit. In situations where there is a damage, ClayBag.com offers a complete refund of the order and free replacement. (Rules defined in our refund policy will apply)
• Until the shipment is dispatched the customer has the option to change the delivery address in case of any changes.
