Customized Merchandise
Because personalized and custom-branded products are created specifically for your business, returns and refunds are generally not applicable. However, we will gladly review your request if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The final delivered product significantly differs from the approved digital proof
Reporting an Issue
If there's an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product for review
Refunds & Resolution
Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on the order, we may also offer Clay Coins or store credit as an alternate resolution.
